Current “Harmful to Minors” Books at WASD

Currently, in the WASD School Library System, the below list of books appear to clearly meet Idaho Code 18-1514 (section 6) definition as being material “Harmful to Minors.”

The US Constitution’s 1st Amendment does not grant minors the right to access or be exposed to obscene materials that would meet the definition of “harmful to minors.” 

The summary below of the “number of objectional sentences” per book was reviewed by PA-WA, but it should be re-verified by any Book Challenger to confirm its accuracy.
